The Reebok x Sneakersnstuff Kamikaze II “Polkagris” takes its inspiration from the famous candy originally created in Sweden by Amalia Erikkson back in the 1850’s. Being from Sweden, SNS opting to use the red and white Polkagris colors to represent their collaboration with Reebok makes perfect sense. Polkagris is a candy known world wide and so is the Reebok Kamikaze II. While originally released in 1995, the Kamikaze II was Shawn Kemp’s second signature sneaker with Reebok. The bold design often featured contrasting panels that made the zig-zag wave pattern on the side easily recognizable from any distance.
