Air Jordan 3 Retro Do the Right Thing (DTRT)

The Do The Right Thing Air Jordan 3, or “DTRT” for short, marked the first time a sneaker colorway was made for one of the most important “sneaker related’ films ever made. Spike Lee’s film, Do The Right Thing, came out back in 1989 and became a cult classic amongst sneaker enthusiasts because of scene in which the character Buggin’ Out’s Air Jordan 4 gets stepped on. Obviously it wasn’t the White Cements that inspired the DTRT Jordan 3 but rather the cover of the movie and posters that featured a blue design with yellow writing that became the colorway of the Do The Right Thing AJ3.
